Job Details for Call Center Representatives:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, Must be flexible between 7a-11p
- Pay Rate: $14.00

Job Responsibilities & Description for Call Center Representatives:
- Responsible for answering incoming help desk calls
- Monitoring and responding to support emails
- Responding to customer generated tickets and email requests
- Provide support to customers on various technical issues
Job Requirements for Call Center Representatives:
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Must have High School Diploma or GED
- Must have knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and network issues is preferred
- Must possess problem solving skills
- Must be able to read and write in English
- Prior call center experience is required
